The Living Well  Show Series and Seminars

The Living Well Talk Show and Series was a program that I created and hosted for the City of Lake Oswego Adult Community Center during 2018-2022. This became a Nationally Award Winning Program from the National Council on Aging, and was a featured program on local TV and YouTube. This series focused on providing older adults with fresh, innovative and enlightening topics to enrich their lives and to empower them to live life on their own terms!
